He aha tēnei mea ‘He Kupenga’?

At our last meeting, the Ngā Kāiawhina group decided that we’d like to contribute a monthly post to the Reference Update publication with a Māori reference/information angle.

It is going to be called “He Kupenga”, which translates as “the net”.  Donna has created a logo for He Kupenga using an image of the beautiful tukutuku panel created by Linwood Library which features a net. We hope you enjoy the first contribution about the Te Ara site.
