In recent years the INNZ (Index New Zealand) database has lost some popularity due to its limited coverage and abstract only information, so it is interesting to note that some recent entries now link to full text content. It’s possible now to limit your search to ‘online article’.

Of particular interest is the New Zealand Listener which is not available in full text through EBSCO but has links to some full text through INNZ. Look for results which display the word (online).

For example the article ‘Scientific facts & the unfortunate experiment’ is found in the New Zealand Listener (Online), 12 Sep 2009; v.220 n.3618. From here there is a direct link to the article at: Feature: Scientific facts & the unfortunate experiment by Charlotte Paul and Linda Holloway

For articles in other publications you can click on Get Article? which links to online content in EBSCO.

Also worth remembering is that INNZ indexes New Zealand and Pacific publications from as far back as 1987 with articles from older publications being added retrospectively.

All the titles indexed on INNZ are on a downloadable list.
